To develop a new installation system a group of managers did not only bring in a broad field of competence, but also a long experience from international markets. This was the way to found a network of small units which show definitive advantages compared to big company structures:
The centers of competence focus on particular professional competences and can act very flexible and solution oriented. Mighty centralised structures and static structures can´t occur in this form of organisation. The tight contact of these centers of competence multiplies the performance as a group and supports the formation of the brand. Therefore a structure was generated which is able to give new impulses to the market, inspired by over 100 committed employees.
